Prep Coterie Customer Review

Don't waste your time ordering from this company.

They have cool clothes, but they are unprofessional and can't handle simple logistics when it comes to shipping. I have placed orders from Karmaloop along with the brands own website and there is always an issue. You won't even get a response when you click the contact section of their website and email them multiple times asking about your order.

Their sales team and shipping department have absolutely no communication, but they will charge your card right away and then take their sweet time to complete the order if they get around to it. 2 orders had to be canceled with a rep for Karmaloop because Prep Coterie's own team wouldn't respond to them. This happened to me multiple times and i will no longer order from them. Seems like the company is being ran by a kid wanting to create a clothing line out of a basement in Michigan.

Don't waste your time or money. Otherwise you will be on the phone with your bank fighting the charges for clothing you never received. Check out elwood clothing or any other brand based in california. They will ship out right away and shipping is a lot cheaper than what prep charges you.
